Take a look at the image below. We see four people stacked together in a rather unusual, human-pyramid style setup. The question asks a simple but intriguing question: Who is carrying the most weight?
At first glance, your eyes might wander to the expressions on their faces or the way they are positioned. But if we break it down step-by-step using basic logic, the answer becomes crystal clear. Let’s look at each person one by one, starting from the very top.
Person 3: Sitting at the Peak
Let’s start with the easiest person to analyze: Person 3, the woman in the green shirt at the top of the stack.
Where is she? She is sitting comfortably on top of the other people.
What is she holding? Absolutely nothing.
Because she is at the very peak of this human structure, there is no one above her pushing down. Her own weight is being distributed downwards onto the people below her, but she herself doesn’t have to carry anyone else’s weight. Therefore, we can safely eliminate Person 3 right away.
Person 2: The Middle Link
Moving down, we find Person 2, the woman in the blue shirt.
