Financial incentives and pressure on practitioners
General practitioners and pediatricians face quantifiable targets through the ROSP (remuneration based on public health objectives). They receive a bonus at the end of the year if they achieve a high vaccination coverage rate. Dr. Agret describes this system as pernicious.
He also mentions the significant compensation paid during the Covid campaign: 420 euros for a half-day on weekdays and 460 euros on weekends, allowing some to earn several thousand euros quickly.
Hygiene, history and perspectives
The practitioner challenges the founding myth of vaccination by referring to Pasteur’s notebooks, available at the National Library of France, in which he acknowledged certain errors. He emphasizes that many public health advances are more closely linked to improved hygiene, access to clean water, and better living conditions than to vaccines themselves.
Bell-shaped epidemic curves often show that vaccines have arrived during the downward phase of epidemics. Regarding infectious diseases, he reminds us that we now have effective disinfectants, antibiotics, and antiparasitic treatments.
Dr. Agret calls for greater transparency from the authorities, equitable media access for dissenting voices, and independent cohort studies following vaccinated and unvaccinated populations over the long term. He believes the ANSM report is sufficient to demonstrate that vaccines can cause serious illnesses and deaths.
He concludes in favor of reasoned medical disobedience to protect children, believing that fewer vaccinations will lead to fewer diseases and an overall healthier population, with fewer hospitalizations in cardiology, nephrology, neurology or infectious diseases.
