This document lists serious side effects, including two child deaths: one after the simultaneous administration of a hexavalent vaccine and a pneumococcal vaccine, the other linked to Kawasaki disease occurring after a measles-mumps-rubella vaccination.
Kawasaki disease, an inflammatory vasculitis affecting the coronary arteries, is mentioned in the package inserts for some vaccines, including the meningococcal vaccine. It can lead to aneurysms, heart attacks, and death. The doctor emphasizes that these events, although described as rare by the authorities, are likely underreported.
