Sleeping on your stomach
If you sleep on your stomach with your head turned to the side and your hands under the pillow, the problem with this position is that your neck is too tense and this puts extra pressure on the nerves in your hands.
Your body weight presses on your lungs and interferes with deep inhalation and exhalation cycles, and you also put pressure on your chest.
How to improve it:
Sleep without a pillow, and place a bolster along one side of your body. Position the pillow under your hips.
