Melani Sanders, founder of the viral We Do Not Care Club, knows not to worry when it comes to the stages of menopause. In a new book, she’s bringing the wisdom she’s gained from her internet movement to the page.
Sanders has exclusively shared the cover of her new book, The Official We Do Not Care Club Handbook, with PEOPLE. The manifesto will be published in early 2026 by Harvest, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers.
Described by its publisher as “part survival manual and part rallying cry,” the We Do Not Care Club Handbook serves as a guide for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause.

The book provides a list of things to “Not Care About,” like wearing pajamas all day, cancelling plans and even shaving your legs.
“If you have a she-shed and no longer care about clothes that fit, half-painted big toenails or cellulite on your legs (legs is legs!), then welcome to the club — the We Do Not Care (WDNC) Club,” the book’s official synopsis states. “You’re now a card-carrying member with an exclusive invite to the biggest hormonal party in town.”
