4. Coat the Wedges

  • Place the potato wedges into the egg mixture.
  • Toss gently until each piece is fully coated.

Baking the Wedges

  • Spread the coated wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them for extra crispiness.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
  • Once they are golden and crispy on the outside, remove them from the oven and serve hot
