Kiwi is a tropical fruit with a very high fiber content and an enzyme called actinidin , which aids digestion and stimulates intestinal transit. Clinical studies have shown that eating two kiwis a day can significantly improve bowel movement frequency, especially in those with chronic constipation.

3. Flaxseeds
Flaxseeds , rich in soluble fiber and mucilage, act as intestinal lubricants . When in contact with water, they form a gel that increases stool volume and facilitates expulsion.
Directions:
Chopped or whole, soak in water for at least 8 hours. Drink the mixture in the morning on an empty stomach.
