Why is this puzzle so tricky for us?
Our brains are naturally wired to recognize patterns instantly.
When you first look at the image, your brain says, “That is a man.”
Once your brain decides what it is seeing, it stops looking for details.
It focuses entirely on the big picture of the gentleman.
To find the hidden faces, you have to break that pattern.
You have to force your brain to ignore the main portrait.
Instead, you must look at every single line as its own separate drawing.
It is an excellent workout for your cognitive flexibility.
It trains your mind to see the world from multiple perspectives.
A Few Friendly Hints (No Spoilers!)
Don’t worry, I am not going to give away the answers here.
That would completely ruin all the fun of the game!
But I can give you a few friendly clues to jumpstart your search.
First, look carefully at the left side of the main portrait.
Do you see the fabric and the background shapes over there?
There is definitely something interesting hiding in those lines.
Next, shift your eyes over to the right side of the image.
There is a very large, prominent shape near the bottom right.
It is practically staring right back at you if you notice it.
Finally, take a very close look at the gentleman’s hair.
The curls and waves aren’t just for fashion.
