LOW CARB BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Add Vegetables: Stir in the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion softens and becomes translucent.
  3. Season: Sprinkle in the dried mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well so the spices evenly coat the meat and onions.
  4. Add Sauces: Stir in the sugar-free ketchup and yellow mustard, letting the mixture simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Assemble: Transfer the beef mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with Bacon: Evenly spread the crumbled bacon over the beef layer.
  7. Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the bacon layer.
  8. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth. Pour this evenly over the casserole.
  9. Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the casserole for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are fully set.
