In a blender, combine the ice, cooled coffee, and milk. Blend the ingredients on high for about one minute while you drizzle in 1-2 tablespoons of caramel syrup.

Pour the mixture into two small mugs or one large glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Notes
For a more decadent treat, try adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream before blending.
