Materials
- 12 stainless steel bowls (8–10 inches in diameter)
- Red spray paint suitable for metal
- White acrylic paint
- Paintbrush
- Thick brown tree branches (sturdy enough to hold the bowls)
- Warm white LED puck lights or strip lights
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Sandpaper (optional, for roughening the surface)
Directions
- Clean the stainless steel bowls thoroughly. If needed, lightly sand the surface to help the paint adhere better.
- Spray-paint the outside of each bowl red. Apply several thin coats, allowing each coat to dry completely before adding the next.
- Once dry, use white acrylic paint to add dots to the domed side, mimicking mushroom caps. Vary the size and placement for a natural effect.
