1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds – nicotinic acid and protein that nourish hair follicles
5-6 fresh curry leaves – β-carotene stimulates root immunity
2 vitamin E capsules (totalling approximately 400 IU) – antioxidant effect, protecting scalp lipids from damage.
Approximately 130 ml of serous fluid is produced in the bladder.
Preparation (steaming method)
: Prepare the herbs: Lightly crush the cloves, crush the bay leaves, and rinse the curry leaves to release their oils. Dry thoroughly.
To prepare the steam bath: Add the coconut and castor oils to a heat-resistant glass bowl and place it over simmering water. If the temperature drops below 95°C, the active ingredients should remain intact.
Slow brew: Add cloves, rosemary, bay leaf, fenugreek, and curry leaves. Steep for about 40 minutes; the oils will darken and release a strong herbal aroma.
Cooling and enriching: Remove from heat, pierce the vitamin E capsules, and squeeze the contents into the warm oil. Mix well.
Strain: Once completely cooled, strain through a fine mesh sieve or strainer. Remove any plant debris and transfer the oil to an amber dropper bottle to protect it from light.
Instructions for performing
the test using a porous microphone: Use the microphone to exclude porous surface sensitization.
Frequency of use: Apply three to four times a week to dry scalp. To activate, apply to the area where it will be used, if permitted.
Dosage: Warm about 2 teaspoons of oil in your hands. Divide your hair into sections and apply the oil directly to bald or thinning areas.
Massage: For four full minutes, gently press with your fingertips in circular motions. This massage duration follows the scalp massage protocol and, despite some reservations, has been shown to thicken hair after 24 weeks.
Rinse time: Leave the oil on the hair for
for at least two hours; it will not penetrate deeper or absorb. Use an old foot fan to avoid stains.
Wash: Rinse with a mild sulfate-free shampoo and finish with cold water to close the hair cuticle.
Consistency: You can expect hair loss after 3 weeks and visible hair after 3-4 months if you eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, and manage your stress properly.
Benefits of this homemade concoction
Stimulates dormant hair follicles – Clove eugenol and rosemary cineol stimulate circulation in the scalp and may stimulate dermal papilla cells.
Restores the balance of the scalp microbiome – a patented antifungal agent for the treatment of dandruff, to which the daphne tannin gives antibacterial properties.
Controls inflammation and DHT – The ricinoleic acid in castor oil may slow down androgen-induced miniaturization.
Strengthens the hair shaft – fenugreek contains lecithin and proteins that fill micro-cracks, reducing breakage.
