These symptoms occur when the aneurysm presses on nearby nerves.

Emergency signs of rupture:

Sudden, severe headache (the worst you’ve ever had)
Nausea and vomiting
Stiff neck
Sensitivity to light
Confusion or loss of consciousness
Seizures
