A note appeared on our windshield one quiet morning, boldly written: “One car per house!” My husband and I stared in disbelief. Across the street, our neighbor stood on her porch, arms crossed, wearing a proud, satisfied smile. Her handwriting matched the note perfectly, and it was clear she had orchestrated the situation.
