Jenni “JWoww” Farley is no stranger to public scrutiny over her appearance.
“A girl can never win,” the Jersey Shore star said in a June 2026 Instagram Reel after receiving criticism for a photo she posted of herself in a swimsuit. “You gain weight, you’re a fat piece of s–t. You lose weight, you must be dying of some sort of horrendous disease.”
In addition to her weight, Farley has had to address numerous plastic surgery rumors over the years. And she’s not afraid to set the record straight on what she has — and hasn’t — had done.
“Let’s go top to bottom: chin, cheeks, eyebrows, nose, jaw reconstructed, all that good stuff,” she joked in a September 2016 interview with Entertainment Tonight, referencing the many cosmetic procedures fans have speculated she underwent. “I laugh. I laugh because I haven’t.”
