These Are the First Symptoms of Osteoporosis You Should Never Ignore

Osteoporosis is often called the “silent disease” because it develops gradually over many years without causing noticeable symptoms. Most people don’t realize they have osteoporosis until they experience a fracture from a minor fall or even a simple daily activity. However, in some cases, subtle warning signs appear before serious complications occur. What Is Osteoporosis?
